Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your NEEWER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories, cables, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
